How to cook:
INGREDIENTS
Yield: 1 serving
1pack ramen noodles with flavor packet1large egg
½teaspoon butter
2slices American cheese
¼teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
½scallion, green part only, thinly sliced on the bias, optional
3 sheets King of Kim's crispy roasted seaweeds (cut into 4 pcs each)
PREPARATION
Step 1Bring 2½ cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add the flavor packet, stir, and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 2Remove the pan from the heat and carefully add the egg. Do not stir; pull the noodles over the egg and let sit for one minute to poach.
Step 3Carefully transfer everything to a serving bowl, add the butter, cheese and sesame seeds and mix. Garnish with the scallions if desired.
Step 4Garnish with King of Kim's freshly roasted seaweeds. If you want more umami flavoring, don't hesitate to add more!
